Method of Payment
- 10% Deposit required on reservation (Non-Refundable).
- The Full Amount is due not less than 40 days before the start date of the tour.
- Our preferred method of payment is Wire Transfer - It's quick and simple!
- We also accept: Bankers Draft, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Cheque in GB Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.
- Cheques should be made payable to "Unique British Tours".
- We also accept secure online payment via PayPal.
Single Supplement
There is a Single Supplement charge of 20% for clients taking a Multi-Day Tour on their own
Cancellations
A refund of 70% of the Full Amount is only given when a written or email cancellation is received by Unique British Tours no less than 40 days before the start date of the tour.
Insurance
Unique British Tours holds appropriate and comprehensive vehicle and passenger insurance. However, clients are advised to take out their own personal insurance.
